When you submit an enquiry on landlordshares.com, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, current city, the property you are interested in, and referral data (such as Instagram or campaign tags and the page you arrived on). If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive the details you choose to share.

To attribute enquiries to the right campaign, the website stores referral data in your browser's local storage. Your cookie preference is stored the same way.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to send you property pricing, floor plans and brochures, arrange site visits, and coordinate legal verification with verified landowners and project advisors.

3. Communication consent (DPDP Act & TRAI)

By submitting the enquiry form, you consent to LandlordShares and our authorised property coordinators contacting you by phone, WhatsApp and SMS about your enquiry, even if your number is on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry. This consent covers your enquiry only.

4. Sharing and storage

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Enquiries are sent over encrypted (SSL) connections to our lead management CRM (Wylto) and our internal enquiry sheet. We share details with a landowner, builder, bank or legal professional only when needed to complete a transaction you ask us to help with. The website is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs to deliver and secure the site.

5. Retention, your rights and opting out

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time: reply "STOP" to our WhatsApp messages or write to support@landlordshares.com.
